October at the Cabin









October found the ladies of the 1936 Study Club back at the charming little cabin in the woods.  





This time our guest speaker was Lottie Guttrey, author of "Alligator Creek", a book based on a true story of her Civil War ancestors.  



The stories were inspiring, and the fellowship and food were delicious.  








And the hostesses really outdid themselves with Autumn decorating!





Plans were made for the club's annual Bake Sale in November, and the Angel Tree to provide for local children at Christmas.
